Party Pizzas
This pizza recipe is ideal for a quick appetizer for a party or a meal; good if you don't have a lot of time.

1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
Salt and pepper
1 cup pimiento-stuffed olives
7 brown and serve rolls
Slices Monterey Jack, or sharp American cheese
Parsley, minced (or dry flakes)

Mix together tomato paste and olive oil. Add oregano, salt and pepper. Slice olives; add to tomato mixture. Cut rolls in half. Spread tomato paste mixture on rolls. Put slice of cheese on top of pizza. Sprinkle a little parsley on top. Bake in 450 degree oven only a few minutes. Serve immediately. These little pizzas may be frozen for future use.
