Pumpkin Crusted Tuna

4 (6 ounce) tuna filet steaks, skin removed
1 jar American Spoon Foods Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds, finely chopped
1 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl combine chopped pumpkin seeds and corn starch. Mix well,set aside. Rub tuna steaks with salt and pepper and brush both sides generously with Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce. Roll the tuna steaks in the pumpkin seed corn starch mixture covering completely. In a large saute pan heat the oil until it begins to smoke. Carefully add the tuna steaks and cook on medium high heat until dark brown and crusty, about 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and repeat. Heat 1/2 cup Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce and spoon onto serving plate. Remove tuna steaks from saute pan and place on top of heated sauce. Serve immediately.
