Baked Ham with Honey-Apricot Glaze
Baked ham — traditional Easter fare — tastes great anytime. Serve this with roasted spring vegetables, risotto mixed with fresh peas, and hot biscuits. End the meal with angel food cake and juicy strawberries.

10- to 14-pound fully cooked smoked ham, spiral sliced
1 cup honey
One 6-ounce can orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup apricot jam
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Put the ham in a shallow roasting pan and bake for about 30 minutes. 

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, soy sauce, apricot jam, nutmeg and cloves to make a glaze. After 30 minutes of baking, pour the glaze over the ham, spreading it with a knife or spatula to cover the ham.

Bake for about 2 hours longer or until the ham is heated through, 15 to 18 minutes a pound. Serve hot or warm.
