Butter Muffins
Bite sized quick breads will melt in your mouth.
Serves: 2 1/2 dozen
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes


2 cups self-rising flour
1 (8-ounce)container sour cream
1 cup butter, melted

Stir together all ingredients just until blended.
Spoon bater into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 21/2 dozen.
